Kakao Games Adds new Skillset, Dungeon, And Guild Housing In Its First ArcheAge Update

ArcheAge is (finally) under new management, and that new management is bringing new content to fans to close out the final month of 2021. A new skillset, Spelldance, leads the way. Spelldancers can perform "Happy" skills that heal and buff allies or "Sorrow" skills that harm enemies, gaining stacks of Happy or Sorrow as you do so. The more stacks you have, the more effective your skills in that category.

If you're looking for action, be sure to check out Black Thorn Prison, a new dungeon with a variable power level for five adventurers level 55 and above. The greater the dungeon level, the greater the rewards, as you'd expect.

There are also new residences for guilds available at Guild Level 5, as well as better UI for guild-related updates. In the coming year, Kakao Games promises that there will be a PvE guild dungeon and PvP guild arena. It's just as well that those updates are coming -- as fancy as the new living spaces look, you wouldn't want anyone bleeding all over the furniture.
