Jet-toting Super Aircraft Carriers Prowl The Waters Of World Of Warships
New limited-time event "Dirigible Derby" and more Pan-Asian cruisers, too!
What's better than an aircraft carrier? Why, a super aircraft carrier, of course! Two such behemoths -- one British and one American -- are now sailing the waters of World of Warships, toting post-WW2 jets that can cover vast distances quickly and strike before their enemies even know what hit them. The ships are available for rent from recurring random bundles in the Armory.
Continuing with the aerial theme, a new temprorary mode, Dirigible Derby, was also added with this patch. This mode sees teams of 12 escorting their airships to safety, while avoiding -- or trying to pick off -- their opponents' forces. There's also a new Mediterranean-themed event, with new XP-rich personal challenges to overcome.
