It’s Time For A Little Evil Fancy Dress Party In Paladins’ Midnight Masquerade Update
The update includes a special event pass and two limited-time modes.
It might feel a bit early for Halloween, but that’s not stopping Paladins from hosting a Midnight Masquerade. In fact, that’s the name of the game’s latest update – which dropped today. It’s time for a bit of spooky dressing up, facilitated by the accompanying event pass which includes two special skins: Crimson Crow Corvus and Dance Macabre Vora. Both skins also come with alternate versions. The Event Pass also includes plenty of cosmetics, including the ‘Party Crasher’ death card.
On the playable content front, the update also dropped with two special limited-time modes into the hero shooter. These are Subway – which should be a favorite for all the train lovers out there – and Fog of War. In the latter, the Realm is… well… covered in fog. This means reduced visibility and a general air of spookiness. The Subway mode, on the other hand, is a blockout map in which players will actually have to dodge trains because they’re not going to stop for them.
