Improve Your Sneaking Game And Get Your Grappling Hook On In Sea Of Thieves’ 14th Season
Even ranged combat is getting sneaky.
Sea of Thieves’ 14th Season is making some interesting additions to the pirate MMORPG. Most of these changes revolve around stealth with additions like crouching, camouflaging, and more. Players will even be able to hang over the side of a ship in order to avoid detection.
The update also adds some stealth to ranged combat with a selection of blow dart options. This new addition allows players to take their enemies out from a distance by poisoning them. It can also lure those same enemies into a trap by making players think a certain location has treasure there. The treasure marker dart can even be used to mark other players to lure mobs to them. If players are using the dart to set a trap, it will pair nicely with throwable traps that can be placed on the ground.
Players also have a new way to get around in Sea of Thieves. Just break out the grappling hook and pick a destination.
Of course, as this update is launching on October 17, it does come with some Halloween-themed goodies. These can be seen in the video below.
