If You’ve Nothing Better To Do Over The Holidays, 5 Fortress Would Like You To Try Out Its New Shooter, Striden
The game is headed to Early Access “soon”.
It would appear that Swedish developer 5 Fortress is hoping some of the first-person shooter fans out there have some free time over the holidays. In fact, they’re betting on it enough to open a public playtest of Striden on Steam. The test kicks off today. Of course, depending on your holiday plans, you might want to wait until after you spend the obligatory amount of time with the family and open presents before you hop in.
The good news is that the playtest is running until January 2, so there’s enough time to get some playing in. During this time, Striden players can test out co-op play with smaller groups. Apparently that’s something some folks have been requesting, so that’s excellent news for them.
