If The Warner Bros. Fighting Game MultiVersus Is As Good As Its Trailer, We’re Gonna Have A Good Time
We’ll know soon because the Closed Alpha is on the way.
Since it was first announced five months ago, Warner Bros.' IP-Filled Fighting Game MultiVersus has had folks curious. It may be the inclusion of ultimate Shaggy, but it’s probably because they’re throwing every animated character they have at it. That means players can roll as anything from OG Looney Tunes characters to super heroes, or even the Cartoon Network lineup.
Of course, this all sounds like a cool idea, but it’s the execution that matters. That’s something we don’t know a lot about yet. However, today, we do know a bit more. Warner dropped a trailer for the game teasing the upcoming closed beta. The trailer looks amazing. The art is fantastic and so is the voice acting...but, the video doesn’t show actual gameplay.
The good news is that some people will know soon enough. Closed Alpha is scheduled to begin on May 19. Those interested in participating can sign up via the Warner Bros. Games site for a chance to get an invite.
