I Am A Warrior! Warhammer 40,000: Darktide Hits Full Launch, Retains Pre-Order Beta Progress
Squad up and fight against hordes of enemies in your quest for epic loot.
The day has come, Rejects. The time for Warhammer 40,000: Darktide launch is today and those of you that pre-ordered the game and took part in the pre-order beta will be happy to know that Fatshark has been able to carry over your beta progress as they originally planned, you'll even snag a set of bespoke headgear for helping out during testing.
At 1 PM eastern time, the co-op, mission-based, looter-shooter will launch on Steam, Xbox Series S|X, and be available via Xbox's console Game Pass.
Rejects unite and lay waste to swarms of enemies in this first-person shooter featuring 4 classes at launch, character customization, a story to get you started and loot to keep you going, and even crafting to ensure you snag exactly the weapon you're looking for out there.
Our early time with the game has been positive so far and while we aren't quite ready to post our First Look video just yet, (Noobfridge is still working on it!) we'll be sure to let you know as soon as it is up.
As a note, while cross play and cross progression won't be available in today's launch, the team hasn't totally ruled it out just yet.
