Hunting the Hunters: Square Enix pits Humans vs. Vampires in Nosgoth
Square-Enix in collaboration with development studio Psyonix have announced Nosgoth, a third-person PvP focused title set in the Legacy of Kain universe. Specifically, the game is about cooperatively working together as either humans or vampires to tear the other side apart. Check out the announcement trailer below.
Each side in Nosgoth possesses their own strengths and weaknesses. Humans, while frail and not supernaturally awesome, do possess superior range capabilities. Their proficiency with ranged weapons such as bows, grenade launchers, flamethrowers and the like allows them to pick off any Vampire caught at distance.
On the flip side, vampires in Nosgoth are faster and stronger then their human counterparts. Their movement skills allow them huge flexibility in how they choose to get close and personal for the kill.
Interested players can now begin signing up for the beta on the game's official site.
