Hunt: Showdown’s Tide Of Corruption Event Introduces Three New Pacts
There are new rewards to be had too.
It’s time for another Tide Event in Hunt: Showdown. Today is the beginning of the Tide of Corruption event, which picks up where the game's last event, Tide of Shadows left off. During this event, players will have three new pacts to align themselves with: The Demented Pact, The Death Pact, and The Infernal Pact. Each has a set of three traits that players can use, provided they have the Pledge Marks or meet the conditions.
Pledge Marks can be obtained in a few ways. These include hitting the Event Point threshold, looting the first Hunter, and banishing the first target. Obviously, only the first Hunter or banishing will count.
This Tide event also features a take on the Devil’s Moon Live Event’s “Inferno Wildcard Condition. Flames are features in the night map modes creating the Dark Inferno. When active, areas of the map will be on fire, and players will need to adjust.
Of course, this being an event, there are rewards to be had. To earn rewards, players need to accumulate Event Points. A list of all activities that award points, as well as a list of rewards, is available on the Hunt: Showdown site.
