HTML5 MMORPG Mad World Going Into Second Alpha May 22
Jandisoft's 2-D isometric MMORPG Mad World is prepping for its second alpha test next week and it wants you to be a part of it. You can sign up here for the test, which will begin on May 22 and be under NDA, meaning that "sharing, distributing, copying any privileged assets" won't be allowed.
Jandisoft seems to have a fairly robust story going for Mad World, which offers a "gritty art style" and takes place in a post-apocalyptic world. There's a good bit of lore on the site, all of whom offer "emotional, heart-moving, sometimes shocking stories." Also, while this test is for PC users only, Mad World is written in HTML5, making it easy to enjoy on a number of devices, so you can go mad wherever, whenever. Frankly, not all of us need a game for that.
