Hi-Rez Showcase Keynote Teases New Content For Rogue Company, Smite, And Paladins
Get a look at a new Rogue, new god, and lots of new content
Yesterday, Hi-Rez kicked off their annual showcase event with the 2022 keynote presentation. The half-hour-long stream offered a look at new things coming to Rogue Company, Paladins, and Smite. Across all three games, players can expect new playable characters, maps, game modes, events, and more.
In Rogue Company, players can expect a new Rogue with the power to disappear and a new lava-filled map. There’s also a new battle pass. Paladins players are getting a new Champion, a scary dude in a mask simply named VII. He’s an executioner with grappling abilities that give him an overhead advantage. There are also map adjustments, a new mode, and more to look forward to.
Smite players are getting a new, very well-known god in the near future. The Hindu god Shiva is headed to the Battleground, and it looks like some of the other gods are about to be put in their place. As with the other two games, the upcoming updates will also include a new map and a new mode.
Trailers for all of these new updates can be found in the Keynote Presentation below. There’s even a lore trailer for Shiva already.
