Here’s A Look At Zynga’s Squad-Based Arena Combat Star Wars Game
The game was revealed at Nintendo Direct in February, but will be available on mobile devices as well.
If you missed the fact that an arena-style Star Wars game is coming to the Nintendo Switch, that’s okay. The Zynga game, titled Star Wars: Hunters, was teased back in February with a less-than 30-second trailer. And, well…February was eons ago. Currently, the teaser is still the only video on the Zynga Star Wars YouTube account and there hasn’t been much in the way of promotion, despite the launch being “scheduled” for some time this year.
In fact, it seems a lot of the promotion has fallen to fans with fan accounts, like Star Wars: Hunters News on Twitter. As with most games with any following, there have been plenty of speculative videos and posts. But now, @SWHuntersNews has some images. Mostly they seem to be icons and info pages from mobile apps. There’s also one from a Facebook ad – seen above.
