How powerful can one card be? Well in Yu-Gi-Oh Master Duel it can appear in 93.8% of decks played. That card is Maxx "C", which allows players to draw when their opponent Special Summons a Monster.
The next closest card comes in at 88.4% of decks played and is often used as a counter to Maxx "C", and that is Ash Blossom & Joyous Spring.
From there the numbers begin to fall with Kashtira Fenrir appearing in 64.5% of decks, Divine Arsenal AA-ZEUS - Sky Thunder at 61.5%, and Infinite Impermanence at 60%.

The final five of the top ten are Called by the Grave 55.5%, Baronne de Fleur 55.5%, Crossout Designator 44.5%, Kashtira Unicorn 38.6%, and Spright Elf 38.2%.
