Mech Break Global Storm Open Beta

Soon, developer Amazing Seasun Games will launch the ‘Global Storm’ open beta test for its mech-themed PvP shooter game Mecha BREAK. The test will start at 2:00 a.m. Pacific on February 23 and will offer players a look at the game’s core gameplay loop as it stands now. This includes the 6v6 and 3v3 game modes – each with new maps – players have seen before. Players will also get their first look at a tactical co-op PvPvE mode titled ‘Mashmak’.

The test will be available to players on PC via Steam or the Windows PC Xbox App as well as Xbox Series X|S. During the test, players can get a feel for the game’s starting tutorial and try out thirteen different mechs.

As for the new mode, it will introduce a new region controlled by the organization Theia’s Vanguard, whose actions are accelerating the spread of Eruptive Inorganic Carbide known as ‘Corite’, creating the potential for a global disaster. As a result, the region is subject to unpredictable storms. To deal with these storms, special equipment has been created for players to modify their mechs.
