Heavy Metal Machines Update Pushes Visual Revamp For Two Characters
A new update is hitting Heavy Metal Machines open beta today, bringing with it a new look for the Clunker brothers and the Metal Herald. These revamps will introduce new 3D models and paint jobs for the characters' vehicles. The Clunker brothers' classic pickup truck is being revamped to make it tougher, while The Metal Herald is getting a new set of skins for his ride.
Hoplon dropped videos for both revamps. You can view the Clunker brothers remake above and the Metal Herald's below.
In addition to the above revamps, this update will also add the game's leaderboard system. This system will track players' stats over 4 week periods, or seasons. Stats will be tracked for Damage Per Minute, Repair Per Minute, and Bombs Delivered. At the end of the season, players will recieve rewards based on these stats.
More info on Heavy Metal Machines is available on the official game site.
