Patch 27.0 for Hearthstone launches today, paving the way for the arrival of the TITANS expansion on August 1. And a Rewards Track update will introduce various cosmetics, XP boosts, cards, card packs, and more Gold.
The patch also includes updates to various game modes like Battlegrounds, Duels, and Arena. Paladin's Core Set will receive two new Aura cards, and Battlegrounds will feature new Quest Rewards and Hero Armor changes. Duels will see the end of the current season and the addition of Ashes of Outland to the card pool.
Additionally, the Twist Beta will be ending and Twist mode is scheduled to formally launch on September 1 with a new format. Patch 27.0 includes several bug fixes and game improvements too.
Note: Activision Blizzard has been sued by California’s Civil Rights Department, alleging violations of California’s Fair Employment and Housing Act and Equal Pay Act. CEO Bobby Kotick is alleged to have known about the alleged violations within his company. These allegations have all been denied by Activision Blizzard and the company points to additional diversity and inclusion training as past examples of taking the accusations seriously at the time they were made.
