Dota Labs Cache Voting

How do we feel about high-visibility hero health bars?

Dota Labs has been refining its features in the background since its launch a few months ago, gathering feedback and data to enhance the Dota 2 experience. Valve is now promoting one of the options into the MOBA itself. High-visibility hero health bars can now be accessed under Options → Interface. Alongside this integration, various updates have been rolled out — such as improved controls for the overlay map, additional pre-match analytics data, and the option to configure targeting modifier keys as toggles rather than hold-down commands.

Additionally, due to the success of the Feedback button within the Crownfall map, a similar feature has been added directly into the Dota Labs UI to encourage more user input on ongoing developments.

Players are also being asked to participate in the Collector's Cache voting event. Hundreds of designed item sets have been submitted to the Workshop by artists, and voting is open to everyone, embracing the experimental ethos of Dota Labs. From the dashboard, players can access the Collector's Cache Voting section and show their support by upvoting or downvoting their favorite sets. Voting will remain open until May 21st, after which the most popular sets will be incorporated into a future Crownfall update.
