Having Fought Back A Rocky PC Launch For Firesong, ESO Now Releases The DLC On Consoles
Bring the Legacy of the Bretons to a close and face off against the Ascendant Lord.
The launch of Firesong, the latest DLC for The Elder Scrolls Online, didn't exactly go smoothly when it launched on the PC. The troubles were severe enough that Zenimax/Bethesda issued a Guar-Lizard Calf pet to players for free.
After a few updates, hopefully the issues have been put to bed because today the MMORPG launches Firesong on PlayStation 4/5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series S/X.
Firesong brings the year long Legacy of the Bretons content expansion to a close, wrapping up the main storyline as the ESO team preps for their next year adventure (still to be revealed). Head to the island of Galen, the westernmost island of the Systres Archipelago, and team up with the druids to eventually face off against the Ascendant Lord.
The Firesong DLC, like other DLCs, is free to ESO Plus members but those wishing to purchase the DLC as a standalone item can do so in the Crown Store.
Firesong is released alongside Update 36 which adds a number of fixes, balance changes, and the addition of target markers that can be placed on enemies (FINALLY!).
