Halo Infinite Datamine Reveals Even MORE Info Pointing Towards A Potential Battle Royale Mode
More leaks, but still no official news.
Halo Infinite fans have been desperately awaiting a battle royale feature. Luckily, rumors and evidence on such a thing have been circulating for some time. Now, more evidence has emerged, further confirming the suspicions about this long awaited mode.
The latest news comes from Twitter user Halo Infinite Leaks & News with screenshots that show a new game mode, ‘BTB: Last Spartan Standing.’ followed by a description of: “Every Spartan for themselves! Level-Up your loadout by earning a Personal Score to be the last Spartan standing.” As we all know, a battle royale game is literally a last-person-standing style of game, so, 'Last Spartan Standing' leaves little to the imagination.
Again, news of a potential battle royale mode has been spinning in the community for some time. There was even a Halo Infinite battle royale file discovered during a technical test performed by the game’s multiplayer announcer, Jeff Steizer. The file, clear as day, says: ‘battle royale.’
As of now, there has been no official news from 343 Industries or Microsoft on a battle royale mode. Still, with so much recent news datamined, perhaps an official announcement will follow and finally confirm what would only be a legendary hit for Halo Infinite.
