Halo Infinite Celebrates The Holidays With The Winter Contingency
The event offers ten holiday-themed rewards.
Halo Infinite is feeling pretty festive right now which pretty much means players are going to get festive goodies. The excellent news is that you’re not even going to have to put too much effort in to get them. Well…not more than you’d put in just playing the game in general, anyway.
Here’s the deal. During the Winter Contingency holiday event – which kicked off yesterday and runs through January 4th, 343 will reward players with holiday-themed goodies just for logging in and completing a match of Arena or Big Team Battle. The rewards are rolling out once a day between now and December 30th, with ten total being available at the end of the event. Ideally, you’ll want to log in once a day and play a match in order to get that day’s item.
If you missed the first day, or miss any in between, don’t worry. As noted, the rewards will be unlocked through the 30th, but the event doesn’t end until January 4th. So, you’ll have some time to make up for any lost days during the unlock period – like the ones you’ll have to spend with the family.
