Halloween Arrives In PC And Console Versions World Of Warships
Take on Rasputin and lead your fleet through the darkness.
It's time for Halloween on the high seas, as Wargaming has spooky content in store for players of both the PC and console versions of World of Warships.
In the PC game, Operations Saving Transylvania and Sunray in the Darkness are back, giving captains access to ships with fantastic powers to fight back against the hordes of evil. Starting on October 21, a new temporary battle type, Twilight Hunt, will also be active, pitting 16 players against each other and the terrifying AI-controlled Twilight Fleet, headed up by Rasputin.
The update also adds early access versions of new German battleships, ranging from Tier III to IX, with short-range but accurate guns, low detectability, and long-range torpedoes on higher-tier ships. Learn more about everything found in Update 0.10.9 on the World of Warships site.
Not to be outdone, World of Warships: Legends is also cranking up the spook-o-meter with its own seasonal event in its Update 3.7. Captains can challenge Rasputin in Saving Transylvania until October 17, followed by A Light in the Dark afterwards. In addition, there are three Soviet cruisers in early access -- Tier IV Kotovsky, Tier V Gorky, and Tier VI Tallinn -- as well as several miscellaneous updates, such as loadout previews for non-owned ships, a new mission tab, and lower concealment for aircraft carriers.
