Guilds Can Earn A HQ Hideout During Albion Online’s Next Season
The Energy Surge Season launches in less than two weeks.
On September 25, Sandbox Interactive will drop the Energy Surge Season in Albion Online. This upcoming guild season will last around six weeks and offer unique rewards. The biggest reward, for those guilds that can earn enough season points, will be the ability to designate an HQ Hideout. This new feature grants guilds the ability to set a single, very attack-resistant Hideout as their headquarters.
Since this is a new feature, and still somewhat in development, Sandbox is using the points earned during the Energy Season to determine which guilds can obtain them and where they are located. The upside of this is that guilds don’t have to hit the max number of season points to earn an HQ. In fact, points required range from 10,000 Season points for Quality 1 zones to 200,000 for Quality 6. One objective of the new feature is to help smaller guilds gain a foothold in the black zones, so it’s definitely in your interest to participate.
Of course, the HQ Hideouts aren’t the only rewards. Guilds will also receive everything from a Pile of Tomes for hitting the 1,000 Season Point Iron Rank to the Bronze – Crystal Avatars, and the Crystal Tower Chariot for hitting 200,000. In addition, the top five guilds will earn a 90-day Fame Buff and the top three will receive a season winner statue.
