Mortal Online II Fishing Update

Mortal Online 2 got a new content update today and a lot of it focuses on what many consider the most relaxing of outdoor activities, fishing. It kind of had to, since this is an all-new feature and things like vendors and fishable fish had to be added in order to support it. Right now, fishing can be done at seas and lakes, but eventually, rivers will be a prime fishing spot, too. As for fishing supplies, vendors are now available in all cities.

Speaking of cities, a new district has been added to Morin Khur. Other additions have been made as well. A new primary skill, “Mounted Magery”, increases the effectiveness of magic when used on a mount. A new boss is available in the Sator dungeon. Small Saburra nodes can now be found around the Steppes, the ability to add friends has been implemented, and there’s plenty more to go along with all that.

Of course, it’s not all just content additions. This is a beta update after all so there have been quite a few tweaks and fixes. Included in that rather lengthy list are visual adjustments, a swimming overhaul, and a whole bunch of fixes. The full list is available in the patch notes on the Mortal Online 2 site.
