Got An Idea For Legends Of Runeterra? You Could Score A Free Tablet
League of Legends players may be familiar with Riot Games' Developer Challenges, which rewards creative players with developer skills for coming up with features that can be used in the game.
This time around, the company is looking for help with its upcoming card game Legends of Runeterra. The game will be entering a second beta test period next week and while they've already done some work with Mobalytics on a card gallery, a deck builder, and a Twitch extension, they're looking to players for more. It makes sense, players have an idea of what they'd like to have.
It's worth noting that this isn't just a submit things and you're entered type of challenge. Riot intends to vet submissions -- which should be done by teams of up to five people. The teams will need to submit a pitch to get things rolling. Once the entire challenge has come to an end, a winning team will be chosen to receive an iPhone 11 and Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 -- one per person. Before that happens, though, teams may be asked to demo their app or provide more info on it.
A full set of rules, as well as a link to the submission form, is available on the Riot Games site. Be sure to read the rules in full to ensure you're doing it right.
