Go Hands On With Free-To-Play Digital Card Game Warhammer 40,000: Warpforge During The Steam Digital Tabletop Event
40K fan rejoice, you have a new free-to-play CCG to try this weekend.
Beginning Thursday, March 23d, Steam will be hosting a Digital Tabletop Fest and during this event you can check out Warhammer 40,000: Warpforge.
Warpforge is an upcoming free-to-play collectible digital card game set in the Warhammer 40K universe. The game features single-player campaigns for each warring faction, as well as competitive play with both drafted and constructed decks. The draft mode is new to the game and has players building their decks by choosing a Warlord and then receiving three random packs of cards from that faction.
During the event, players will be able to try out the newest faction to the game, The Black Legion, Space Marines who have turned to the service of Chaos.
You can play Warpforge from March 23 through March 27 for free during the Steam Digital Tabletop Fest event. There will plenty of awesome digital tabletop games on display and lots of great sales during the event. I know I'll be grabbing up some things I've been looking at.
