Get A Little StarCraft In Your Hearthstone With The Latest Mini-Set
The set introduces 49 new Star Craft-themed cards.
Tomorrow, Blizzard is introducing a new mini-set to Hearthstone. The update will add 49 new cards to the game – all based on the StarCraft universe. Yes, the collectible card game will now have cards featuring the Zerg, Protoss, and Terran from the RTS.
The new set is made up of 4 Legendary cards, 1 Epic card, 20 Rare cards, and 24 Common cards. It has three class cards per class and 5 multi-class cards per faction. There is also one non-faction card – Grunty. Players can buy the mini-set for $20. Other purchase options include buying The Great Dark Beyond packs or buying a complete set. If you’d like the all-Golden version, that will run $80, but you will get some bonus items including 12,000 Gold and a Diamond Legendary Grunty card. If all that’s a bit too much, the individual factions are available for $10. That said, if you’re going to spend that on one faction, you might as well double it and get all three. More information is available on the Hearthstone site.
