Put On Your Coat, We're Headed Back To Dragonspine As Genshin Impact Version 2.3 Is Now Live
The “Shadows Amidst Snowstorms” event kicks off tomorrow.
Check your inventory and make sure you have plenty of Goulash in it, we’re about to brave the cold and head back to Dragonspine. Genshin Impact’s “Shadows Amidst Snowstorms” update is now live – although the event by the same title won’t be kicking off until tomorrow, but that’s fine. It’s probably a good idea to make sure we have everything to beat the cold before we start snooping around on the mountain again, trying to solve a mystery with Albedo and Eula.
This update introduces a few new bits of content – which will roll out over time. This includes two new playable characters, a new gadget that allows you to catch critters, new story content, and the ability to add Paimon to your teapot – obviously as a way to keep track of your emergency food source. As noted, the first bit of new content kicks off tomorrow, that being the “Shadows Amidst Snowstorms” event. Remember, there are decorative snowmen to be had.
It’ll be a few weeks before the new main story quest featuring Arataki Itto arrives along with some new hangout events for Beidou and Gorou. The new Omni-Ubiquity net will drop at the same time as part of the “Bantan Sango Case Files: The Warrior Dog”.
If you’re ready to take on the new Golden Wolflord enemy, he’s already available. Just head to Tsurumi Island.
On a separate note, for those of you who may play via the Epic Games Store… Players may now finally make in-game purchases through the EGS. Transactions will be handled by COGNOSPHERE PTE. Ltd.
