Genshin Impact Teapot Palace Glitch Fixed And I'm Sad
Well, now I have a case of teapot envy and there's nothing I can do about it. It seems a glitch that existed in Genshin Impact's Serenitea pot allowed a player to build a massive palace in areas of the Emerald Peak realm layout (That's the mountain one) that should have been inaccessible for building. Reddit user waddlefarts made the most of it, going all out and building on cliffs and in the waterfall areas, and all those other places you can explore on foot but are out of bounds in the building screen.
They later shared the images on Reddit, and they're stunning. Unfortunately, the glitch has been patched so our dreams of building mountainside castles have gone up in smoke.
As you can see from the images, some of the buildings are sitting in the areas with water. Others make good use of those plateau landforms we always seem to have a lot of. And I could be wrong, but it feels like the glitch somehow also let them get around the item cap in each of the regions. Although, that could just be clever use of the items (and a lot less dogs).
On an additional note, waddlefarts also mentioned being part of a discord server dedicated to dimension builds. So, if that's your jam, you might want to check it out.
Also, if you'd like to see a Ghibli inspired build, check out this post from reddit user chiok.
