Gaze Upon Revelation Online's Gorgeous Fly-Through Video
We're still waiting to hear from My.com and NetEase as to whether Revelation Online will be free-to-play in the West. If you don't care about that debate, then you can get your fill of graphical goodness with a spectacular fly-through video posted today to the game's YouTube.
Utilizing "real in-game footage," the video takes you on a journey across the sweeping expanses of Revelation's terrain, from quiet forest villages to daunting cliffs to vast windswept plains to a sun-scorched deserts. Along the way, you'll see such wonders as a ship being carried by a giant tortoise, dazzling lighting effects, and plenty of impressive architecture. And the music's nice, too.
Of course, the cynical part of me says, "That's an awful lot of pretty stuff I'll totally ignore after I hit max level in a month or two and bury my head in dungeons and raids," but maybe that's just me. What do you guys think?
