Gathering Becomes A Competition With Pax Dei’s Future PvP
If you want those iron nodes, you’re going to have to fight for them.
PvP in Mainframe’s MMORPG Pax Dei may be a bit simple right now, but they plan to change that. Moreover, PvP is going to be more important to the game than just giving players somewhere to go to beat each other up. It will also be necessary to obtain certain resources, like pure iron. You and your friends won’t be the only people wanting it, and you’re going to have to fight for it.
To make sure everything works properly, Mainframe is starting with a basic PvP setup. It will be tested in the Wilderness Alpha, during which players who enter Lyonesse will automatically be flagged for PvP. Consider everyone your enemy until you know better, and be prepared to fight.
It won’t be easy, but players who come out on top will be able to increase their wealth quickly. This is because not everyone will be interested in taking part in Pax Dei’s PvP. They will, however, want the resources obtained there. This is the perfect opportunity to take advantage of your blood thirst and get paid for it.
