Gaijin Drops “Off We Go!” Update For Crossout Just In Time For The Holidays
Everyone should get their own armored aircraft for Christmas.
Aaaah… The holidays. The time of year when you look around and think, ‘What this world needs are more ways to destroy your opponent…” No? Just me? Well, and the Crossout devs at Gaijin Entertainment who are celebrating the season by introducing the game’s first mode that will allow players to assemble a fully functional armored aircraft and take it into battle seem to agree.
The “Off we go!” update introduces a mode by the same name. In this mode, each player is given a special propeller that will need to be mounted on their vehicle. It can only be used during the event and will disappear when it ends, but players can skip them and just use standard vehicles if they want. The mode is available on three maps: Dead City, East Quarter, and High Cathedral. During this event, players can earn festive cosmetics for their vehicles.
Players who want to take part in the event can do so until January 25. That means there’s plenty of time to get in on the action and get goodies. During this time players can also pick up the new “Savior” pack from the game store. Each version of the pack has a different car built on the “Savior” cabin as well as other parts, cosmetics, and in-game currency.
