Free-To-Play Multiplayer Battle Royale Obstacle Course Game Stumble Guys Launches On Xbox Today
Finally, the game makes the leap to consoles.
Fall Guys? Nah, Stumble Guys!
A new free-to-play game has launched on Xbox today. This multiplayer battle royale obstacle course game features original minigames and first launched on mobile in 2020 and then PC via Steam in 2021. Now, Xbox users can join in on the fun.
Stumble Guys has players run, stumble, and compete against up to 32 opponents in various knockout rounds featuring races, survival challenges, and team play across different maps, levels, and game modes. The objective is to survive the chaos, cross the finish line ahead of others, and qualify for the next round — earning rewards and stars along the way. The game encourages playing with friends and family, allowing players to create their own multiplayer parties to determine the fastest and most skillful contenders.
While crossplay with other platforms won't be available at launch, there is cross-progression, allowing players to carry over their progress. That being said, cross-gen play is possible across Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S platforms. PlayStation versions for PS5 and PS4 are expected in the future.
