Foxhole Update Revises Infantry Gameplay, Making It More Team-Oriented
The update includes a stamina overhaul and introduces weapon shouldering mechanics and deeper suppression gameplay.
Today, Siege Camp dropped a new update for its war game Foxhole. The update improves the game’s infantry gameplay making it more “team-oriented and tactical”. It introduces a stamina overhaul, weapon-shouldering mechanics, and other items like infantry anti-tank weaponry. So players are now equipped to fight back against armored vehicles.
A new melee system introduces close-quarters combat to the game, introducing charged attacks, blocking, and knockdown mechanics. Shotguns have been updated as well, as have medics.
To provide specialized infantry weapons, new facilities have been introduced to the game. These include a Small Container Train car as well as a Crate Transfer Station. Disassembled crates of equipment can now be stored at Facilities. More details on the update are available on the Foxhole Steam page. Of course, players have an even bigger update to look forward to next Summer. At that time, the Airborne update will drop, taking gameplay to the skies.
