Fortnite x Doctor Who Collaboration Incoming, According To Popular Content Creator

According to Twiter user iFireMoney, who reports on news regarding the battle royale and has over a million followers to show for it, developer Epic Games is in collaboration with BBC to bring the science fiction TV series to the game.

It has recently been brought to my attention that there have been discussions in regards to a potential collaboration between Fortnite and Doctor Who.

Apparently there will be an event that lasts for two weeks, in celebration of the show’s 60th anniversary later this year. The exclusive items to get are two skins, two pickaxes, one glider, and one emote. Also, iFireMonkey posted a picture of the special in-game menu for when the event goes live — which references TARDIS and U.N.I.T. from Doctor Who.
Also; this is most likely planned for November since things like Beep the Meep have a lot of relevance towards the 60th anniversary specials for Doctor Who
