The popular battle royale Fortnite — which is played in third person — is rumored to be getting a first-person mode in the next season. A leaker who goes by HypeX tweeted on March 3 saying such, with a picture of how the new perspective will look in-game.

While the current season of Fortnite ends on March 8, it is unknown when the following one will begin. Fans speculate March 9 but the developers have previously taken the game offline for multiple days in between seasons.
