Fortnite: Battle Royale Brings Back NFL Outfits For Super Bowl LIII
This weekend, around 100 people with violent tendencies will clash and do battle for bragging rights and a title. Also, the Super Bowl will be played, but for now we're talking about Fortnite: Battle Royale, which is bringing back its NFL outfits just in time for the big game.
The outfits will be available starting Friday, Feb. 1 at 7 p.m. Eastern time, and there's a free Pigskin Toy you can pick up on Saturday the 2nd, also at 7 p.m. In addition to previous NFL outfits, you can also pick up white uniforms for the Rams and Patriots, the two teams player in Super Bowl LIII this Sunday. You can even simulate a more violent version of the big game itself, in the NFL Rumble Limited Time Mode, which pits teams of 20 players in Patriots and Rams outfits against each other.
Also, you can catch up with the game's latest patch notes here. Of note is another Limited Time Mode, Solid Gold, where all weapon spawns are Legendary with increased material gathering. You can also check out the Chiller Grenade and, if you're a big-time streamer like me -- hey, I occasionally get double-digit viewers! -- some stream-sniping protection has been added, allowing you to remain anonymous to players not in your squad.
