Fortnite Announces The Rift Tour, A Musical Journey
In August, Fortnite players can take part in the Rift Tour, an event that Epic describes as a "musical journey into magical new realities where Fortnite and a record-breaking superstar collide". Which superstar that is is pretty much anyone's guess at the moment. They're being all hush-hush about that bit.
We know that it takes place over three days, August 6-8, and that an in-game tab has been added to the game's menu that will allow players to set up a schedule for themselves since each of those three days boasts five showtimes.
The only other thing we know is that as of today, players can unlock special rewards by taking part in Rift Tour quests. Between now and August 8, players can earn the "first rewards" -- meaning more rewards are on their way. Currently the available rewards -- seen above -- are the Cosmic Cuddles loading screen, a Rift-sterpiece spray, and a Cloud Kitty emoticon.
