Final Fantasy XIV Launches Special Site For Seekers Of Eternity Update

We’re just a few weeks out from Final Fantasy XIV’s 7.2 patch Seekers of Eternity and just about a week away from the second half of the update’s Live Letter. It makes sense that the MMORPG’s devs decided it’s about time to drop the Patch 7.2 Special Site.

There’s not a lot on the Special Site just yet. At present, it teases the continuation of the MSQ, following The Queen of Reason’s return. The page also offers a look at the Underkeep dungeon. Located somewhere in Alexandria, it will offer players the opportunity to explore the Everkeep and the castle hidden within. Of course, there’s a trial. We have one image and a cryptic message about a “terrible threat” barring the Warrior of Light’s way.

Of course, the page lists other content players can look forward to, such as the new Arcadion raid content, Hildibrand quests, the Mamool Ja society quests, and a new Cornservant quest. (The little guy must have been pretty popular for the devs to look at him and go, “Yes. We need more of that guy.”) Patch 7.2 will also bring the new relic weapons, titled “Phantom Weapons,” as well as the relic crafting tools. The latter are named Cosmic Tools, which makes sense as the update also brings Cosmic Exploration with it.

While the page is a little light on content at the moment, it will start filling up soon enough. Just keep an eye out.
