Final Fantasy XI’s August Update Has Arrived
Find out what happens next in the story of the Voracious Resurgence.
Today, the adventure continues in Final Fantasy XI with the release of the game’s latest update, Chapter 9 Part 1. The new update continues the story of the Voracious Resurgence, taking players to the continent of Ulbuka where the villains are invading Adoulin.
Included in the new content, players can expect to find new battle content with new enemies. A new fight, “Sortie” offers players a chance to earn upgrade materials for Empyrean gear as well as Old Cases – appraisal items that turn into specific gear on use. The content can be taken on alone or with a group of up to six players. As for new enemies, this month’s Ambuscade battle includes Ramuh in Volume 1 and the Morbols in Volume 2.
In addition to the new update, Square Enix has also kicked off the August 2022 Login Campaign. Running from today until September 9, players will earn a collection of rewards by logging in every day.
