Figure Out What An Alternate Universe Miragul Is Up To In EverQuest 2’s New Game Update
Also, the devs are really excited about the new hot zones.
Darkpaw Games revealed the 126th EverQuest 2 update in a blog post today. Titled The Immeasurable Menagerie, the update introduces a different Miragul than the one players of the MMORPG have dealt with before. This Miragul is from another reality and time, and apparently obsessed with kidnapping beings out of time and space and turning them into his own little zoo. No one knows why, so it’s up to players to figure it out.
The update also introduces new Hot Zones to the game, offering players bonus rewards for playing in these zones for a set time. A rotation schedule for the zones is available in the blog post.
Also included in the update is the expansion prelude, Healers’ Touch, in which players are asked to help the Open Hand in freeing victims and assist in tending their wounds and feeding them. They’ll also want to hunt down the ones who did the capturing the the first place and deal with them.
