Take a look at the new Hearthstone cards!
Dr. Boom’s Incredible Inventions, the upcoming expansion set to launch on May 14, brings forth 38 new cards to the free-to-play online digital collectible card game. The renowned toymaker and inventor in Azeroth has been hard at work in Whizbang’s Workshop, concocting an impressive assortment of new toys. This set includes 4 Legendary cards, 1 Epic card, 17 Rare cards, and 16 Common cards. Players can acquire these cards through Whizbang’s Workshop packs or purchasing the entire 72-card set directly (for real money).
This expansion introduces a new keyword, Gigantify, which spawns an 8-Mana 8/8 copy of a played Gigantify card. Also, the set includes Puppetmaster Dorian; he lets players generate miniature versions of drawn minions.
Dr. Boom’s Incredible Inventions features Druid-centric cards like Overgrown Beanstalk and Toyrantus as well, meaning potential shift in the meta. Blizzard says the expansion promises a mix of fun and competitive gameplay with its diverse range of cards.
