Fallout 76 Introducing All New Cryptids That Love Summer Weather
Two new cryptids will arrive just in time for summer.
On April 18, Bethesda will be dropping a new update for Fallout 76. This will be a smaller update intended to fix bugs and optimize performance. There won’t really be much in the way of new content. That said players can expect some new cryptids to hit the game later this summer – and those who take part in the public test server can see them even sooner when testing for the new update begins on April 20.
Being introduced this time is the Blue Devil, a werewolf-like creature with a long muzzle, hooked claws, and needle-like teeth. The Second is the Ogua – which resembles a giant rocky turtle. Players will have to watch out for these new creatures while taking part in event missions – such as finding ways to protect the Brahmin pitstop or taking Brahmin back from local cultists.
In addition, the Mothman Equinox returns on April 25. Between then and May 9, players can head to the roof of the Mothman Museum and perform the dark ritual required to summon the Wise Mothman and earn its favor. Mothman-themed rewards await.
