Explore Beneath Umbar Baharbêl In The Lord Of The Rings Online’s Latest Update
The Kindred of the Coins has reopened the great meeting-hall of Dâr Laja.
Update 40 is live in The Lord of The Rings Online, and it will take players of the MMORPG “Beneath the Surface”. Specifically, they’ll be exploring Umbar-môkh – otherwise known as the Neaths. This new area is located below the City of the Corsairs, Umbar Baharbêl, and is where those who oppose the Golden Queen’s decision to open Dâr Laja to the people.
To explore this new area, players will need to speak to Jaith outside the meeting hall of Dâr Laja. This will be the beginning of Chapter 9 of “The Song of Waves and Wind”. Players who haven’t done the previous eight chapters don’t need to worry about doing them before picking up Chapter 9 – if they really don’t want to do so. It’s not required, although it is recommended.
In addition to Chapter 9, Update 40 also includes several new side quests. To pick up each quest, players will need to visit a different member of the Kindred of the Coins – all of whom are located in Dâr Laja. Each will offer players a new place a new place to explore – provided they’re level 150.
