Experience The Events That Lead To Wizard101 In The Single-Player Prequel "Ravenwood Academy"
It's not multiplayer, but we wanted to let you know anyways.
KingsIsle Entertainment, which makes the MMORPGs Wizard101 and Pirate101, has announced its debut single-player game. Yeah, we only cover multiplayer games here, so we won't be covering future updates to this game, but we figured you Wizard101 fans would want to at least know about this one.
Ravenwood Academy: A Wizard101 Story is set in the same Spiral universe. It’s a narrative life sim and visual novel that takes players back to the setting of Ravenwood Academy. As students of the prestigious school, they will experience a blend of magical education and extracurricular adventures, encountering familiar faces from the Wizard101 universe along the way.
Players will attend classes, investigate mysteries, and participate in mini-games. Also, there’s activities referred to as "Crisis Incidents", "Investigation Scenes", and "Trials." You will take on the role of problem-solvers, detectives, and lawyers through navigating faculty hearings and making crucial decisions that shape the outcome of the story.
Relationship-building is a central aspect of Ravenwood Academy, with players tasked to foster connections with a diverse cast of characters. Choices made throughout the game will impact the storyline, unlocking special scenes and dialogue options.
This prequel to Wizard101 is set to release on PC via Steam, but no release date is available yet.
