Expect Changes To Arena As Well As A New PvE Mode In League Of Legends
Riot offers a first look at League’s bullet heaven survivor PvE mode in the latest dev update.
Today, in a new Dev Update video, the League of Legends team revealed changes to the Arena. As noted, Arena was successful but players played less as time went on. To address some of this, they’ll have lobbies of 16 players per game when Arena returns and will introduce a new class of items that will change how Arena is played.
The video also teased a new bullet heaven survivor PvE game mode that will be part of the MOBA’s mid-year event. Other changes include making Champion Mastery titles permanent, reworked skins, and changes to Lee Sin and Teemo.
In addition to the video, the LoL team also dropped a couple of blog posts. One offers a look at the changes being made to the Monk while the other discusses changes to Ranked Rewards for the year.
