Exoprimal Developers Announce More Features Coming To The Game Upon Release
There's going to be PvE-focused missions, more maps and equipment, and skins for characters.
A month following the Exoprimal beta, which ran from March 16 to March 19, Capcom developers who worked on the team released a statement and more information regarding the upcoming third-person shooter and what you can expect at launch.
“Thank you to everyone who participated in the Exoprimal open beta test. Our team gained a great deal of data from exofighter survey responses and social media. We'll put this feedback to good use and make Exoprimal the best game it can be! While the open beta allowed players to experience some of the missions available in the Dino Survival mode, Exoprimal's full release will feature the following content for players to enjoy.” — The Exoprimal Team
Upon release, Exoprimal will feature missions void of PvP and solely focused on PvE. There will also be cutscenes and a map where players can purely explore the game’s story. This can also be accomplished via story-related missions in the Dino Survival mode.
Also, Exoprimal will have 10-player co-op missions, more maps (such as Dam and Volcanic Base), and. equipment (“Modules”) that allow for further customization. Moreover, players will be able to personalize their characters via skins, weapon skins, decals, and emotes. Additionally, the game will include medals and awards for completing certain challenges.
Following release, Exoprimal will get exosuit variants that use different equipment for different play styles and other updates with each season that add more game content. There’s also collaborations with other Capcom titles planned for the future.
The game launches on July 14 for PC, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, PS4 and PS5.
