EverQuest II Roadmap Updated, Showcases Next Expansion And The Remainder Of 2024
The Year of Darkpaw continues and the Heroes’ Festival Returns.
September is coming to an end, and that means the EverQuest II roadmap for the past three months is more or less completed. It also means it’s time for another Producer’s Letter highlighting everything that’s been done in the MMORPG over the last few months and what’s to come through the end of the year.
That letter was posted today and lays out the plan for October through December. Of course, the Year of Darkpaw is on the list through the end of the year, along with the associated giveaways and limited items. In October, players can expect the game’s Scars of Destruction expansion beta and pre-order. The Night of the Dead event is back as well.
November sees the return of the Heroes’ Festival celebrating the game’s 20th anniversary. Extra Life Game Day is back as well. The Scars of Destruction expansion also launches sometime within the month.
Finally, in December, players can look forward to the return of the Frostfell event and the unlocking of the Splitpaw Saga. The latter occurs on December 10.
If you’d like a peek at what’s to come in the Scars of Destruction expansion, the Producer’s letter provides a brief narrative rundown on the EverQuest II site.
