EverQuest II’s Lure Of Darkness Update Makes The Jump From Beta Servers To Live
It’s time to stop the Cult of Vul.
After some time on the beta server, the Lure of Darkness update is now live in EverQuest II. The update introduces the Cult of Vul and its leader, Bellengere the Three, who claims to be able to trap power from the void. A Void anchor has been constructed in the Sodden Archipelago, and players must help stop the cult.
The update includes the new Contested Dungeon Spiral of Vul, which features 40 contested bosses and a new contested raid boss. Also included are 37 new quests and missions, 59 new achievements, and 17 new collections.
In addition to the new dungeon, the update adds new tradeskill content, a new overseer season, and new raid dungeons to the F2P MMORPG. More details on the update are available on the EverQuest 2 site.
