Eve Online’s 2025 Roadmap Includes Two New Expansions
Things are getting more strained between the Deathless and the Drifters.
During the latest Eve Online Directors’ Chat, CCP offered players of the space-based MMORPG a look at what’s to come in 2025. The stream included a general roadmap featuring the Revenant Update coming during the first Quarter, a Summer and a Winter expansion, the Alliance Tournament, and other events.
Also highlighted during the stream are the new tools being added in the Revenant update that will allow players to customize their sovereign space and the introduction of Freelance Projects. The projects are intended to encourage players to cooperate and complete crafting projects and missions created by other players.
As Eve Fanfest is coming up in May, some time was also spent on that as well. The event will take place in Reykjavík’s Harpa Concert Hall between May 1 and May 3. Information on the event and how to take part are available on the Eve Online site.
