ESO Returns To Xbox Cloud Gaming Just In Time For The Annual New Life Festival Giving New Rewards
Play ESO from anywhere and celebrate the holiday season.
The end-of-the-year festivities have finally reached The Elder Scrolls Online today through its annual New Life Festival running until January 3 at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time. And after a brief hiatus, ESO returns to Xbox Cloud Gaming for players to celebrate and enjoy the game through their choice of device.
However, to use Xbox Cloud Gaming, you must have an Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscription. Moreover, you'll need a high-speed internet connection and meet other requirements to play ESO. Check out the Xbox Cloud Gaming official website for more deets.
Now, to get started with the New Life Festival, pick up the starter quest called "The New Life Festival" within the Crown Store. It will send you to the New Life Herald Breda's tent that sits south of Windhelm, Eastmarch.
Completing it rewards participants with Breda's Bottomless Mead Mug, which players can use to gain a +100% XP buff for two hours while the event is still active. Additionally, players will unlock ten dailies - one from Petronius Galenus and nine from Breda - that will guide them across the four corners of Tamriel.
Each time a player completes a daily, they will receive a New Life Festival Box containing wintery-themed furnishings, a new Evergreen Armor Style Page, enchanting crafting materials, and many more randomized prizes. Also, players can earn three Event Tickets when first completing their ten dailies.
By the end, you can rack up 60 Event Tickets and use them to gain updated unique items from the Impresario. That includes the Nascent Indrik Features, Frost-Light Indrik Pet, Scales of Akatosh, Engraved Glassblowing Tools, and more.
